How long does it take to have a suit made?

Our typical suit takes about 8 weeks from the time we measure you until the time you are taking it away, including the final fitting. In certain cases, we can accelerate this. However, one thing that the tailoring industry has taught us is that you truly can't rush a good thing.

Where are your fabrics sourced from?

All our fabrics are from English and Italian weavers. One of the most important choices you will make whilst designing your suit will be your choice of fabric, so we continually search for the best mills to work with to enhance our collection. For every season, we like to have fresh new fabrics.

Do you offer an alterations serice?

We do offer alterations to our own suits and garments made my others.

Can my suit be altered if i lose or gain weight?

Yes, we leave extra seam allowance in all of our suits to allow our garments to be easily altered between 2-3 inch by any tailor. We offer free alterations on our suits for 3 months from time of purchase.

How does DEMETRI BESPOKE handle returns and refunds?

We are extremely committed to our customers’ satisfaction and do everything we can to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your Demetri Bespoke suit. Unfortunately, due to the customization and cut-to-order process, we do not accept refunds or exchanges on these items.  If the client is not thrilled with the fit of a garment once it is made, we will alter it to fit the client’s preferences.
